- Tenders are invited for Elaboration of Design and Implementation Details of Rural Electrification Fund (REF). The overall purpose of the consultancy is to support Government of Ethiopia (GoE) and Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy (MoWIE) to define the scope of the Rural Electrification Fund (REF) and its institutional as well as governance structure against the current legislative and regulatory framework. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit expressions of interest. Expressions of Interest (including all Annexes and Attachments, and in regular font) should be in a single document and no more than 25 pages and total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB, and should be submitted in English, electronically through World Bank Group eConsultant2 (https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html).
