- Tenders are invited for Electro-Mechanical Supply & Installation Eligible Bidder should meet the following criteria: Renewed trade License and Legal Registration Tax/ VAT Registration Certificate Bid Guarantee letter for Three months; 1% of the total bid Bid Submission Guidelines: The technical document & financial proposal should be submitted separately based on the above requirements. The Suppliers must collect the bid document and RFQ from the Addis Ababa office. Both documents must be submitted to Addis Ababa office. The documents should be clearly labeled and sealed, "Bid for Electromechanical Supply and Installation" and should be addressed and delivered to the address below not later than the 16th July 2021. 4:30 PM The bid will be opened without the presence of bidders based on organizational policy and we reserve the right to cancel the bid.
