- The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies with the required experties and expreience for the provision of Electromechanical operation and maintenance services.The main objective of this project is to have an effective operation and maintenance of all electromechanical equipment, machines and other related systems in the compound, which will result in smooth and un interrupted operation of the installations 24 hours per day/7 days per week. The electromechanical services will incorporate HVAC, hot and cold water, firefighting system, sanitary and storm drainage system, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels and switch gears, generator sets, UPS, and related electromechanical systems to UNECA at the highest standard of Electromechanical trade requirement.Interested firms will be invited to a "Request for Proposal"(RFP) stage. This EOI will determine the group of firms that will receive the RFP for the services.UNECA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI/ or solicitationprocess.
