- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service on Reviewing & Producing Inclusive Accessible IEC/BCC Materials on COVID-19 Vaccination and Routine Immunization The purpose of this consultancy is to: Review existing IEC/BCC materials on COVID-19 vaccination and Routine Immunization Compile a list of available IEC/BCC materials, assess needs and gaps from PWDs perspective, and recommend new materials to design and/or update as per need with camera readiness The consultancy firm is responsible for designing, producing, and printing of the IEC/BCC materials Based on the above-mentioned purpose of the consultancy Interested consultant who has proven experience and a valid license is required to submit the technical and financial proposal to FEAPD The bid documents shall be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200.00 (Two hundred birr only) The bid documents should only be in hard copies, and shall be submitted at the address below within 10 calendar days starting from the bid is advertised Bids will be closed on 24 October 2023, at 5:30 pm Bids will be opened with or without the presence of the bidders or legal representatives assigned by the organization at FEAPD HQ, Executive Director Office on October 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Late arrival of bids will be subjected to rejection FEAPD has the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially Eligible bidders may obtain further information from FEAPD office on working hours How to Apply Qualified and interested service provider company fulfilling the aforementioned requirements, shall submit their technical and financial proposals along with relevant documents through hand-delivered in a sealed envelope during office work hours to the FEAPD office Bid closing date: Oct 24, 2023 5:30 PM Bid opening date: Oct 25, 2023 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB
