- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Production of the Documentary Required Qualifications and Experience of the Consultancy firm/individual Must have more than 5 year's proven experience in film production. Extensive experience in producing development work related documentaries for organizations with the aim of reaching out to both local and international audiences. Excellent technical capacities (Full High Definition video) to ensure high quality production. Must be tax compliant/Tax registration certificate indicating TIN Accurate current addresses i.e. physical, postal, telephones and email Additional experience in development communication will be an added advantage. In addition, companies shall submit certified copies of the Certificate of incorporation as a company EMRDA will be responsible for: Preparing the Terms of Reference (ToR). Selecting, contracting and managing the consultant. Covering the costs of consultant and logistics associated with the assignment. Actively engaging with the consultant during the documentary shooting process Reviewing the draft documentary and providing feedback. The Consultant will be responsible for: Preparation of a technical and financial proposal, work plan and budget for the assignment Engage EMRDA target beneficiaries and stakeholders throughout the assignment. The consultant first present narrative message Provide updated/draft video documentary to EMRDA as required Produce deliverables in accordance with the requirements and timeframes outlined in this ToR.
