- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Project Management and Construction Supervision of Addis Ababa Bus Rapid Transit Project Brt b2 Pilot Project The Services of the Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant ("PMCSC") shall consist of the following: To manage the overall project, including project schedule, project cost, project communication, and coordination with Addis Ababa Transport Bureau (AATB) and other main project stakeholders; To conduct a design review for the BRT infrastructure (corridor and depot), prior to the start of construction works To adjust the design as needed during the construction works to take into account potential field constraints while preserving the key operational parameters; and Act as "The Engineer" under FIDIC conditions of contract, and supervise all construction works to ensure quality and timely delivery. The contract duration of the services shall be one thousand two hundred (1,200) calendar days (including the Defect Liability Period of the Construction Contract) and a total estimated Person Months input of the service is Nine Hundred (900), including inputs from both international (approximately 10% of total inputs) and national consultants (approximately 90% of total inputs).
