Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Hardware Maintenance Service and Outsourcing Managed Print Service. Paid non-refundable fee ETB 120. 2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the biding document via https://bids.extratenders.com/bids-shop/dashen-bank-sc/to access bidding document by having paid non-refundable fee ETB 120(Birr one Hundred Twenty only) for each lot starting from October 11, 2021. 3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document. 4. Birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand Only) for each lot shall be presented as a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or cashier-s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90days. 5. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before October 25, 2021 5:00PM at Supply Chain Management Department, Dashen Bank New Head Quarter Building 14th floor in front of National Bank of Ethiopia. 6. Bid opening shall be conducted with the presence of bidders or legal representatives- with COVID 19 protocols at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 14th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall at October 26, 2021 9:30AM morning. 7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection. 8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully. 9.
