Tenders are invited for Provision of Delivery Survey Service. Catholic Relief Services - United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents. Catholic Relief Services / Ethiopia (CRS/Ethiopia) is a country program of Catholic Relief Services which is an international humanitarian agency working to alleviate human sufferings and foster human development in Ethiopia. In relation with this, CRS/Ethiopia program would like to invite independent survey companies who have an experience and good reference in Food aid cargos survey to perform survey service for aid food commodities shipped from US through port of Djibouti in containerized cargos that allocated to six destinations Dire Dawa, Mekele, Kombolcha, Dessie, Adama and Shashemene/Hawassa. . Independent Survey Companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have; 1. A Renewed Business License for the current year that allows them to work in Ethiopia 2. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificates. 3. Experience with international Non-Government Organizations and/or UN Agencies; Mainly with USG aid food survey. 4. Recommendation letter from other organization. (three most recent reference). The complete bid documents are available at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-city, Enkulal Fabrica, P.O. Box 6592, Addis Ababa during office hours Monday to Friday from June 7, 2021 to June 21, 2021 at 3:00pm. Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps, Signatures and Tender No.” and it must strictly be in accordance with the instruction and specifications indicated in the bid document. Bidders should submit their technical and financial documents in two different sealed envelopes into the bid box provided for the purpose only at CRS Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office. The last bid submission date is June 21, 2021 up to 3:00pm. Bids after this date and time will not be considered.
