- Tenders are invited for Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (Ecdd) Requires an External Auditor to Audit its Financial Records Starting from 2022 for Three Years Period. The External Auditor will: 1) Perform a standard financial audit of ECDD-s annual financial activity to determine its financial status and compliance with policies and procedures, 2) Perform auditing and accounting tests to determine the reliability, integrity and internal control system, 3) Examine accounting records such as general ledgers, assets/liability records, income/expenditure accounts, commitments to government, source documents and payroll journals to verify that transactions have been properly recorded and are in compliance with applicable regulations, 4) Prepare an Audit Report and Management letter with recommendations for corrective action applying professional judgment and interpretation of applicable rules and standards, 5) Finalize the audit report within 7 to 10 days and submit the Report to ECDD aroundmid of March each year, 6) Present the Audit Report to the ECDD General Assembly members on the annual GA meeting around the 20s mid of March each year. 7) Other audit services like cost verifications and other tasks that may be required in between the fiscal period by donors or partners. Requirements: 1) Renewed license for the current period, 2) Registration certificate from Charities and Societies Agency, 3) VAT Registration and TIN Certificates 4) Previous experience with recommendation letters in auditing NGOs.
