- Expression of Interest are invited for Event Material Suppliers (Indoor and Outdoor LED Screen, Etc) in Addis Ababa. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. The expression of interest is intended to identify and shortlist potential and eligible Companies/Service Providers to provide below listed event materials on rent base · Indoor and outdoor LED Screen, · Sound system · Staging · Different size aluminum tent, · Decoration work 2. A detailed description must be provided on how the requirements specified in this document match the capability, experience, knowledge and expertise of the Company/ Service Provider. 3. The Application document should comprise of the following: · Cover Letter · Valid and renewed trade license, · VAT registration certificate, · Signed and stamped expression of interest, company profile & required legal documents in person or through below email. · Legal document that briefly shows the material possession and registration under the firm 4. Companies/Service Providers can submit their expression of interest starting from November 18 ,2021 to November 25, 2021 via email; zekarias.taye@ethiotelecom.et OR henok.yared@ethiotelecom.et 5. On the basis of the above information and selection criteria, ethio telecom shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers. Only short listed Companies/Service Providers will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals. 6. Ethio telecom reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
