- Tenders are invited for Excavation Protection (Shoring) Construction and Bulk Excavation Activity for 3B+G+22 Office Building Situated at Arada Sub City behind Hager Fikir Theatre Bid document price: 500/Five Hundred Birr/ Bid bond: 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr ) Interested potential bidders obtain Terms of Reference from the office of National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500/Five Hundred Birr/ Starting from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper onward within 15 consecutive days during office hours. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the tender box situated at the office National Insurance Company of Ethiopia Starting From the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper onward within 15 consecutive days. The auction will be closed for 15 days starting from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper at 2 P.M and will be opened at 2.30 P.M on the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of an amount of birr ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr ) in the form of CPO, bank guarantee, or Bid Bond in the form of an Insurance bond which should be valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of bid opening. Late bids shall be rejected.
