- Tenders are invited for Execution of Civil Work with Supply & Laying of Pipes and Fittings and Supply and Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment of Bila Town's Wssp. Bid closing date: Apr 26, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 26, 2022 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: ETB 1000 (one thousand Birr) Bid bond: f ETB 650,000.00 (Six hundred FIfty Birr) The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation include the following but not limited to: i. Validity of tender; ii. Tender security; iii . Completeness of tender; iv. Compliance of materials (Pipes & fittings & electromechanical equipment) offered with the minimum requirements set out in the technical specifications of tendering document; v. Method statement demonstrating clear understanding of the works: vi. Realistic construction schedule; vii. Tender prices; viii Average annual construction turnover: ETB 130,000,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within last five years. A complete set of Tendering Documents may be purchased on the submission of an application to the employer, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000 (one thousand Birr). The method of payment will be in cash. A Tender Security of ETB 650,000.00 (Six hundred FIfty Birr) in the name of Oromia Water and Energy Bureau is required.
