- Tenders are invited for The Oromia Water and Energy Bureau Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible Bidders for the Execution of the Works Arjo Town Water Supply & Sanitation Project A complete set of Tendering Documents may be purchased on the submission of an application to the above address, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (One thousand Birr). The method of payment will be in cash. 6. A Tender Security of ETB 1,700,000.00 in the name of Oromia Water & Energy Bureau. 7. Fulfilling the conditions indicated in the Tendering Documents must accompany all tenders, and the tender is valid for 120 days. 8.
