- Tenders are invited for Experienced Management Consultants to Conduct a Study. 1. PEACE Microfinance S.C invites eligible and Experienced Management Consultants to conduct a study on “Assessment of ownership Challenges/problems of PEACE Microfinance and the way forward”. 2. Eligible Bidders can obtain the Terms of Reference and the bid document from PEACE Microfinance S.C Office which is located Kirkos Sub City, Woreda 03, House no. 198 behind Meskel Flower Hotel during working hours by paying nonrefundable 300 birr (three hundred birr) and by presenting a copy of the following documents. · Renewed Business License · Tax Clearance · Tax Payer Identification Certificate(Tin) · Other Legal Documents. 3. Bidders should have previous experience in studying issues related with ownership and bring sample of its work. Moreover, the consultant should have experience in resolving legal issues and be constituted by different professionals including legal person. 4. Interested bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed and stamped envelopes. 5. Interested consultant shall submit their sealed proposal to our office on or before December 17,2021 during working hours (Monday-Friday Morning 8:30 A.M- 12: 00P.M, afternoon 1:00 P.M- 4:30 P.M, Saturday 8:30 A.M- 6:00 P.M). 6. Bids shall be opened on December 18,2021 at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. 7. All other information pertinent to this announcement is found in the particular bid documents, which bidders should strictly follow. 8. PEACE Microfinance S.C reserves the right to reject this invitation of consultancy.
