- Tenders are invited for External Audit Service Eligible audit firms are required to attach and fulfill the following documents or requirements: The Audit Firm should be registered with the office of the Federal Auditor General Business / trade license renewed for the current fiscal year. Renewed certificate from Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia; Authorized registered and renewed chartered accountants, certificate of competence; VAT registration and tax identification certificate; Any other relevant and appropriate certificate or license; Organizational profile including evidence of past related working experiences and proven track record of success. As the accounting system of EVA is based on IPSAS, audit firms having a good deal of experience in auditing IPSAS based accounting are preferred, especially previous IPSAS audit work possibly on professional associations or charity organizations; The audit firm should provide a complete company profile and details of staff assigned to perform the audit including their work experience and qualification, Detailed audit schedule or plan that indicates the audit start and completion date, Bidders are required to state in their financial proposal, the audit fee including VAT for each fiscal year.
