- Tenders are invited for External Audit Service Bids opening date: Nov 11, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 3,000.00 PSS is currently seeking a qualified external Auditor to conduct an audit service for the coming three years 2021/22, 2022/23 & 2023/24 financial statements. Eligible firms which fulfil the following requirements are invited to participate in this bid and submit their proposal. The bid document can be obtained from PSS's Head Office, Awash Insurance Building, Awash Towers, 7th Floor, during Office hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and on Saturday 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred). 1. All interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated below. 1.1. Availability of bid security; 1.2. Availability of letter of authorization to sign the bid offers; 1.3. Renewed trade license for the year 2013/2014. 2. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of birr 3,000.00 (Birr Three Thousand). 2.1. The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: - Certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or Unconditional bank guarantee
