- Request for proposals are invited for External Audit Service. Interested audit firms should submit their technical and financial proposals in separately sealed envelopes. The technical proposal should include, among other things, a capability statement detailing suitability for the assignment, evidence on IPSAS auditing experience, summary of similar assignments carried out in the past three years and the composition of the team to be deployed. In addition copy of legal documents which include certificate of competence, renewed licenses and registration, VAT and TIN certificate should be enclosed.
