- Tenders are invited for External Audit Service. Children-s HopeChest (CHC) is a foreign charity, non-governmental organization, which was established in 1994 to equip orphan and vulnerable children, their families, and their communities to escape from the cycle of poverty. CHC was registered by Authority for Civil Society Organizations in September 2011. Our approach transforms the lives of vulnerable children and their communities through partnerships that focus on sustainability, independence, and long-term self-sufficiency. Children-s HopeChest wishes to invite interested and eligible external audit firms to submit their technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelopes for audit services of its account of the year ending December 31, 2021, with the option of auditing its financial statements for the subsequent three fiscal years. The documents to be audited are with the box files about 50. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and a proclamation of Authority for Civil Society Organizations.
