- Tenders are invited for External Audit Service External Audit Firms Grade (A) Scope of work CECOE invites interested and eligible external audit firms grade (A) to submit their technical and financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes for Audit services of its account for the year of 2021 (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021). There will be 1 (One) box file and the total amount of disbursements are around 1,000,000 (one million) birr. The Firm should conduct the audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and Agency for Civil Society Organizations requirements. The Audit firm should have: Renewed Trade License, Tax clearance, TIN certificate and other legal documents Minimum experience is five (5) years in non-profit organizations auditing standards Experience of the audit firm with audit reporting under International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) Deliverables: Audit Report on the accounts and associated management letter. How to Apply Those interested audit firms who fulfill the above minimum requirements can submit their sealed financial and technical proposals along with their company profile on or before April 8 2022 until 5PM in person.
