- Request for proposals are invited for External Auditing Service Minimum Qualifications of Auditor: Due to the specialized nature of accounting and financial reporting for Splash and IPSAS requirements for non-profit organizations, qualifying firms must meet the following minimum requirements: Registered and valid business license to practice in the country. IPSAS Competency certificate from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) Maintain office(s) in Addie Ababa. Have at least 5 years of experience as a firm with at least five other comparable clients (similarly sized and nonprofit organizations). Assign to Splash's engagement staff members that have experience in nonprofit audits. Be capable of performing a full range of audit and tax services
