- Tenders are invited for External Auditor to Conduct a Statutory Audit Service Scope: The firm will audit the client's financial statement of the period from May 1, 2020 - December 31, 2021 and an extract audit for Donor purpose for the period from August 1, 2021- December, 2021, Approx. 5 box files of financial documents to be audited. The firm will audit the financial statement and the supporting documents for the concerned period as prepared by the client and will give his/her opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statement. The firm should conduct the audit according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Authority for Civil Society Organizations requirements and Donor requirements. The audit will be based in Addis Ababa Office Consolidated Financial report and Management letter will be the major outputs of the services. Requirements: A complete company profile of the Audit firm. Renewed Business Licenses for the year 2014 Ethiopian Calendar. Renewed Registration Certificate for the year 2014 Ethiopian Calendar from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE). Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate. Taxpayer Registration Certificate (TIN) Evidence of previous experience in providing similar service with International NGOS. Finance and technical proposal (in separate document each). The financial proposal should show the share of the fees separately for the statutory and donor purpose audit. Maximum days to finalize the audit work (the audit service is expected to start early February 2022) Audit firms that meet the above mentioned requirements are invited to submit in person their technical and financial proposals from January 18,2022 to February 01,2022 during working hours in a sealed and stamped envelope. Bid will be closed on February 1, 2022 at 3.00 pm.
