- Tenders are invited for External Auditors to Undertake the Audit of its Accounts Any authorized audit firm who qualify to apply shall therefore fulfill the following minimum criteria for eligibility. Previous experience in audition the nonprofit development sector. Renewed trade license of the current year. Registration certificate from Charities and Societies Agency. VAT and TIN registration certificate. Chartered Certified Accountant Certification (Certificate of Professional Competence. Who can commit contractual obligation for the next 3(three) fiscal periods. Procedures: Qualified Audit Firm can submit as per the following procedures: Submit financial & technical proposal separately in a sealed envelope to GCS office in person or through its postal address mentioned at the bottom within 10 days starting from the next date of bid announcement as appeared in the newspaper. Selection will be only based on the above criteria and who should submit competitive price with clear mode of payment- Any government tax should be included in the proposal Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for further discussion and negotiation.
