- Tenders are invited for External Auditors Bids opening date: November 10/2021 10:30 pm local time Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% Requirements to be fulfilled by the prospective bidder; Certificate of professional competence issued by a recognized body having a legal mandate to give such certification; Authorization by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia to conduct audits. Trade license renewed for the year 2013 E.C Tax payers registration certificate and/or VAT registration certificate as may be appropriate; Bid security /bond/ 2 Percent of the total offer by means of a CPO issued from a recognized bank. Bidders are required to collect bid documents, instructions and other information at Bahir Dar Kebelle 11, near to Ashirf by paying non-returnable birr 100.00 (birr One Hundred) Bidders are required to submit a technical proposal, a financial proposal & CPO in three separate, clearly marked sealed envelopes at Tana Communication PLC factory office. The bid documents must be submitted by the bidders on/or before November 01/2021 to November 10/2021 10:00 pm local time. Any proposals received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder. The bid will be closed at 10:00 pm and will be opened at 10:30 pm local time at Tana Communication PLC factory office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who want to attend.
