- Expression of Interest are invited for Facilitate the FPIC Process Resulting in Free, Consent Given Voluntarily and without Coercion, Intimidation, or Manipulation Informed, Clear, Consistent, Accurate, and Transparent Project Information Delivered in a Culturally Appropriate Manner Prior, Giving Time to Understand and Analyze Project Information and Reach Consent in Advance; And Consent, the Collective Decision Reached The Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites eligible firms/Civil Society Organizations to indicate their interest in providing the services above discussed. Interested firms/Civil Society Organizations/ should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Service. The following criteria will be used to assess the Expression of Interest documents; Eligibility, Company Establishment (Technical and Managerial Organization of the firm/Civil Society Organizations regarding its Areas of Expertise, Core Business and Year in the Business] Number and diversity of permanent personnel related to the service, Consultancy Services Turnover in the Last Five Years, General Experience (within the last ten years): A minimum of ten years of general experience with valid and strong references of social assessment experience. Specific Experience (within the last ten years): Experience in community-based consultations or data gathering exercise Projects, Experience on ESIA and RAP or review of ESIA and RAP reports, Experience in Technical Assistance on Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) facilitation projects, and Familiarity, Knowledge, and Experience in the region (in Ethiopia and other Sub Sahara Countries).
