- Tenders are invited for Fence Construction at Itang Health Center (50 Km from Gambella Town), in Gambella Regional State Valid License of General Contractors of Grade 6 and above/Building Contractors of Grade 6 and above (Gc/Bc of Grade 6 and above) for the Current Ethiopian Fiscal Year 2015 to Fence Construction The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict. The IRC - Ethiopia Program has been working in Ethiopia since 1999 and is implementing integrated community-managed programs aimed at helping people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover, and gain control of their future. IRC Ethiopia Program has been operating in Gambella, Benishangul Gumuz, Tigray, SNNPR, Sidama, Somali and Oromia regions on refugee assistance and livelihood since its inception. IRC invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license of General contractors of grade 6 and above/ Building Contractors of grade 6 and above (GC/BC of grade 6 and above) for the current Ethiopian FY 2015 to fence construction at Itang health center (50 km distance from Gambella town), in Gambella Regional State.
