- Tenders are invited for Field Data Collection in Benishangul-Gumuz, Gambella and Amhara Regions, for Remote Sensing Based Large Scale Agricultural Investment Monitoring. GIZ-S2RAI Project would like to invite all interested bidders (consulting firms) who are eligible to participate in this open tender, are herewith requested to submit their proposals to provide consultancy service on “Field Data Collection in Benishangul-Gumuz, Gambella and Amhara Regions, for Remote Sensing Based Large Scale Agricultural Investment Monitoring.” Interested bidders who fulfill the following criteria can have the detailed tender documents from the website link https://tender.2merkato.com/tenders/view/241468/featured or request the same detailed tender documents via an email address pcc@giz.de starting from Wednesday, 14th of July 2021, 8:00am. The main task to be performed by the contractor shall be in-situ/field data collection as per the data collection manual annexed in the ToR. The areas where data to be collected are Wenberma and Debre Elias woredas in ANRS, Assosa and Bambasi woredas in BGRS and Gambella Zuria, Abobo and Etang woredas in Gambella Peoples- National Regional State. The field data collection will focus mainly on the existing Large-Scale Agriculture Investment areas (LSAI) in the aforementioned woredas. How to Apply: · All bids must be delivered/submitted physically to the address below at or before 4:30 PM on Tuesday, 27th of July 2021. · Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals as per the issued tender document. · The financial offer should list the daily fees and other necessary costs charged for this contract, as per the price sheet. The technical offer should include the approach taken by the consulting firm and showcase its previous work in the areas listed above. · GIZ reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
