- Tenders are invited for Finish the Remaining Works of Block a Building Cinema Hall Finishing Works Bid closing date: On March 29/2024 at or before 10:30 p.m Bid opening date: On March 29/2024, at 10:30 A.m. Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 (ETB Five Hundred Birr only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Bid bond: 1% 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders as of March 11/2024 up to March 29/2024, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. 12:00 noon. On the submission of a written application to Semen Gebeya G/Tr/Sh/Co office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (ETB Five Hundred Birr only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. 5. Bidders will be requested to offer one original and one copy of their technical and financial proposals and CPO from any bank of Ethiopia branch. separately sealed in different envelops showing clearly the technical financial copy and the original copy and all sealed envelopes showing clearly technical/financial copy and the original copy and all sealed envelope must be wax sealed in one bigger envelop. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:30 p.m. on March 29/2024 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 A.m. on March 29/2024, Bids must be accompanied by a bid security: at least 1% of bidder amount in CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee. 7. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day as the dead line for bid submission (March 29/2024) at 10:30 AM at Semen Gebeya G/Tr/Sh/Co office in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
