- Tenders are invited for Flex cube (CBS) upgrade, Interest-Free Banking, and Digital Banking Implementation Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bid bond: 300,000 (Birr Three Hundred Thousand) Debub Global Bank S.C (DGB) invites all eligible companies for Flex cube (CBS) upgrade, Interest Free Banking and Digital Banking Implementation. The Bid document shall be obtained from Bank Head office, Property & Facility Administration Dep't, Ilih floor (National business center Tower), behind Ethiopia Hotel; against payment of a non-refundable fee of Bir 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) by depositing at DGB Stadium Branch head office Ground floor during office hours. The softcopy of bid document shall be collected during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 AM, and 1:00-5:00 PM; and Saturday 8:00-12:00 AM) by presenting flash disk . Bid should be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 300,000.00(Three Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of cash payment order CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee in the favor of DGB's S.C with validity period not less than 148 day from the date of bid (Technical) opening. Bid security in any other form is not acceptable. Bidders should submit sealed bid proposal in the tender box prepared for this purpose before or on June 26, 2021 until 10:30 A.M. in the address specified above. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and / or their legal representatives who wish to attend on June 26, 2021 until 11:00 A.M. Bidders shall be quite sure to state direct line phone number and cell phone number, fax number and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting bid documents, failure in receipt of bid communication due to incorrectness of the above will not be the responsibility of the bank. Failure to comply any of the conditions from 2 and 4 above shall result in automatic rejection. Presentation of copy of renewed trade license, valid tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate is a must to participate a bid.
