- Tenders are invited for Floor mat supplied Interested and eligible suppliers can collect the bid document from Organization for Sustainable Development Head office Addis Ababa, Kirkos subcity, Woreda 05, House No: 538Kera, in front of Eat Fruit, Kidane Mihretu building, 5th Floor. Up on submitting, copies of their valid and renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, and tax identification is required. Bid documents will be filed together with all necessary information and returned to Organization for Sustainable Development Head office within ten days of the first date of the announcement. Interested bidders must also submit copies of their valid and renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, tax identification certificate, quality assurance certificates and other relevant supporting documents with their detailed addresses along with their quotation documents in a sealed envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total submitted cost, in an Acceptable Bank Guarantee (CPO) from the known bank before 04:30 PM on the tenth day of the first announcement. The bid will open on the 11th day of the first announcement at 10:30 am and bidders or their representatives can be present during the bid opening in Organization for Sustainable Development Head office Addis Ababa. Organization for Sustainable Development reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of these bids. Bidders may obtain further information from Organization for Sustainable Development Head office
