- The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ethiopia, invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the Establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the Supply and Delivery of Retail Fuel Diesel.UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with the initial duration of 3-year(s), potentially extendable for a further period of (2) year(s)].
