Description: The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ethiopia, invites registered, reputable, and qualified suppliers and manufacturers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the supply of multipurpose soap bars (herein referred to as goods)UNHCR may award Frame Agreement with initial duration of two years (2), potentially extendable for a further period of one year (2+1), for supplying its operations in Ethiopia.
