- The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ethiopia, invites qualified services provider to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement (s) for the provision of Security Guarding Services (referred to hereinafter as services) at Bookh, Doolo Zone, EthiopiaUNHCR may award Frame Agreement (s) with initial duration of two (02) years, [potential extendable for a further period of one (1) year]. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).
