- Tenders are invited for G+2 Assosa Zone Administration office Maintenance work Bid closing date: 31 calendar days beginning from the first date of advertisement before 4:00 local Time Bid opening date: opened on the last bid submission date at 4:30 Local Time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500 (Five hundred ETB) Bid bond: 200,000 birr for each lot The bid document can be purchased From B/G/R/S/ Urban and Construction bureau Procurement and Property Administration Directorate Office No 057 775 2939./tele 0917856661/30 calendar days beginning from the first announcement date on the newspaper upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500 (Five hundred ETB). Eligible contractors may obtain further information and inspect the qualification document at Benishangul Gumuz Regional Urban and Construction bureau Procurement and Property Administration Directorate office The bid document shall be accompanied by a security in the form of a CPO OR UNCONDITIONAL BANK GUARANTEE of 200,000 birrs for each lot and must be addressed to B/G/R/S/ Urban and Construction bureau Sealed bid documents shall be submitted B/G/R/S/Urban and Construction Bureau, Procurement and Property Administration Directorate Office not later than 31 calendar days beginning from the first date of advertisement before 4:00 local Time and if the 31st day falls on Holidays the bid opening day be the next working day at the specified time mentioned above The bid will be opened on the last bid submission date at 4:30 Local Time at B/G/R/S/ Urban and Construction bureau Institute Office Procurement and Property Administration Directorate office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives .Bidders are required to visit the site and read the bidding document and the instruction to bidders thoroughly in order to fill in all the necessary details requested in the schedule.
