- Tenders are invited for Geotechnical Investigation Service to be made 4 riverbridge structure of the above-mentioned project located in the road project Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty days (60) after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security with an amount of 50,000 Birr in the form of bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for a period of 60 days. A Complete set of Terms of Reference, Qualification Criteria and Bill of Quantity can be obtained by interested eligible bidders on the submission of written application to our head office ASER Construction PLC with its address mention below. Bidders shall submit Three envelopes " Qualification Information (One Original Sealed Separately and every Two copies sealed separately then finally sealed with One outer envelope ), “Bid Security" and "Financial Bid” (One Original sealed separately and Two copies sealed separately then finally sealed with One outer envelope ) Finally Three envelopes should be sealed in one outer envelope. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages. Qualification Information first and financial bids of qualified bidders next following selection of responsive bidder and notification of same. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 pm local time from Monday to Friday local time. Bids must be delivered to the address, time and date specified below. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 in a format acceptable to the employer. Late bids will be rejected.
