- Tenders are invited for Providing the Necessary Materials, Equipment, and Manpower for the Geotechnical Investigation Works Bid document price: Birr 400.00 Bid bond: Birr 40,000.00 The Contractor, Yirgalem Construction Plc., now invites all eligible bidders to submit scaled bids for providing the necessary materials, equipment and manpower for the Geotechnical investigation Works of one bridge found within the project mentioned above. A complete set of the bidding document can be purchased by any interested bidder on submissions of a written application letter with a copy of the latest tax clearance certificate to Yirgalem Construction Plc. Office at the addresses below upon payment of non-refundable fee of only Bir 400.00 (Four hundred bir All bid documents (one original & three copies) shall be produced in different wax-sealed envelopes labeled "ORIGINAL and “COPY" and most be placed in the bid box at the address of the project office indicated below. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amounting Birr 40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Only) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee: Deadline for bid summation is 15 calendar days at 10:00 AM beginning from the first announcement on the newspaper at the address in the tender document, Bidders must pass the minimum qualification criteria for their old offer to be responsive for evaluation. Unqualified bid offers will not be evaluated Yirgalem Construction Plc reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend, on the submission date & time, at the address in the tender document.
