- Expression of Interest are invited for Governance Advisory and Technical Support (P179405). The World Bank TA support has strengthened the reform efforts to institutionalize PIM system in the GoE. To keep the momentum of successful PIM reforms in recent years and further strengthen the Ethiopia PIM, the MoPD has requested the WB team an extension of the scope of PIM activities into 2023-2024. The World Bank is seeking to engage a qualified firm/institute to support the development and delivery of customized PIM TA programs for the staffs of MoPD and sector ministries and agencies involved in appraising and managing public investment projects and ensuring quality of public investment in Ethiopia.
