- Tenders are invited for Ground Water Resources Development (#5 New Deep Wells & Rehabilitation of #7 Existing Wells) and Pumping Tests for Gelchet-Sarite Water Supply Project in Borana Zone The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (Ethiopian Birr One Thousand only) or in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be direct deposit to Oromia Water & Energy Bureau Adera Account No. 1000007342032, or direct cash payment to the counter cashier at the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. The document will be collected in hard copy Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28 July 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 28 July 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (Immediately after the deadline for submission of bids). 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 710,000.00 (Ethiopian Birr Seven Hundred Ten Thousand) or USD 13,000.00 (US Dollar Thirteen Thousand) or an equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency from a reputable source from any eligible country in the form of Bank Guarantee included in section IV (Bid Forms) of the bidding document, or irrevocable Letter of Credit or Cashier-s Payment Order (CPO).
