- Quotation are invited for Group Life, Non-Life & Medical Insurance Policy Purchase Note: Service providers should submit their technical as well as financial proposal separately in-person to Pact Ethiopia for Ten working days at the reception desk. Late or incomplete bids after September 3, 2021, after 12:00 pm, will not be accepted. Bidders must comply with the specifications/requirements above Selection will be based on best value and technical review. Pact may cancel solicitation and not award. Eligible bidders should clearly indicate on the bid document for which lot they are competing for Pact may reject any or all responses received Issuance of request for quotes does not constitute award/contract commitment by Pact. Pact reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on offeror failure to follow solicitation instructions. Pact reserves the right to waive minor proposal deficiencies that can be corrected prior to award determination to promote competition, Prices should be fixed and it includes all costs of delivery to Pact Ethiopia Office. Price should also specify whether it is before or after VAT Financial quotes shall remain valid for the whole contract period from the date of signing of the agreement. Pact has the right to cancel the bid (in whole or part), or change the study design, in the interest of Pact and/or Donor.
