- Tenders are invited for Legally Recognized Hardware Suppliers. Roofing Cap Nails, Nails #4, Nails #6, Nails #8, Nails #10, Bonda, Rubber Washer for Roofing Nail, 6″ T Hinge for Door, 6″ Pad Bolt for Door Lock, 20mm Long Rebar Stakes with Hook and Black Wire Rebar Tie Wire. Bid Guarantee letter for two months; 2% of the total bid. The Technical document & financial proposal should be submitted separately based on the above requirements. The Separate unit prices for each item should be specifically given. Do not lump the price together. This may result in disqualification. The Delivery location will be at Shire and if you have delivery services indicate clearly. Both documents must be submitted to either our Shire office at the former Yordanos Hotel or at the Addis Ababa office. The documents should be clearly labeled and sealed, “Bid for Construction Materials” and should be addressed and delivered to either of the addresses below no later than 1st June 2021, 4:30 PM. The bid will open without the presence of bidders based on Samaritan-s Purse policy and SPE has the right to cancel the bid.
