- Tenders are invited for HDPE Pipes Hydraulic Butt Fusion Welding Machine Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: 2.5 % Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr birr 300/three hundred / at Hosanna from water utility office No 8 within 15(fifteen) working days of this announcement. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2.5 % of the total bid amount in an acceptable form (CPO or UNCONDITIONAL Bank Guarantee). Bidders are invited to submit one original financial & technical proposals and two copy of financial enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the office within 15(fifteen) working days of this announcement. Bids must be delivered to the Hosanna town water supply and sewerage Enterprise, Room number, 09 Hosanna, at or before 2:00 p.m. on 15th working day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Ethiopian national newspaper of Addis Zemen. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence ofbidders or their authorized representatives on the 15th working dates starting from posted date at the Newspaper, at 2:30 p.m. with in the utility office. No verbal agreement of conversation made or had at any time with the Authority employee shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations herein stated. The HTWSSE reserves the right to reject all parts of the bid.
