Tenders are invited for Headquarters Building Project Invitation to Compete for Architectural Design Competition The second phase is the development of the final design of all architectural and engineering works including Cost estimate and bid document preparation for construction as well as contract administration and on-site supervision. Interested Category-I Consulting Architect and Engineers (CAE) either Ethiopian or Foreign design firms licensed in Ethiopia and registered with the MoWUD or the Addis Ababa City Administration are invited to register & purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) with ETB.1,000.00 (One thousand only) by providing full contact address & presenting valid legal commercial documents listed below starting from 22nd November 2021 up to 17th December 2021 4:00 p.m. The competition documents can be collected from the AIC Project secretariat office, located in Mexico area Tadesse Tefera Building, First floor, Office No.101 (In front of D'Afrique Hotel), during working hours. The competitors who can submit the copies of the following documents (listed below) accompanied by the original copies for cross-checking are eligible to purchase the Terms of References (TOR) & participate in the competition. Commercial Registration Certificate. Business license(s) renewed for 2014 Eth. Cal. Taxpayer Registration Certificate. Business Name Registration Certificate, if any.
