- Tenders are invited for Hire an Independent Third-Party Validation Consultancy Firm or a Consultant/S Deliverables: During Q3, 2022, validate the DKT Ethiopia M&E systems for the complete year 2022. Subsequently an ITPV every Q1(2023-2025). ITPV to evaluate the existing methodologies used to collect the data for verification and reporting of results against various metrics. Report on any insights, learning and observations that may help in improving and making the M&E system more robust. Consultants Profile: The evaluation to be conducted by a team of minimum two consultants, one of whom should be fluent in English and Amharic. The lead consultant should have experience of working across Ethiopia. He/She should be well familiar with the cultural sensitivities prevalent in the local region.
