- Expression of Interest are invited for Hire a Photography and Videography Production Company to Organize and Manage Proper Project Progress Documentations for Ethiopian Trade Logistics Project (Etlp) 2. Specific objectives: Comprehensive Documentation: Capture construction phases, milestone activities, and new facilities through videography and photography, emphasizing technological advancements and sustainable energy utilization. Significance Highlight: Showcase the pivotal role of the expanded logistics center in regional trade and Ethiopia's import-export capacities. Engaging Visual Storytelling: Produce captivating videos and high-quality photographs portraying the expansion's journey and its impact on Ethiopia's logistics landscape. The ETLP Office, EMA now invites qualified and experienced firms in photography and videography Production that are eligible to participate in this assignment and to submit technical and financial proposals in providing the Services. Bidders should provide information indicating that they are qualified and experienced to perform the service. DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT 3. The successful applicant firm will be engaged for 18 months to deliver 6 independent videography and photograph documentation on a quarterly basis, by engaging highly qualified professional and experienced staff relevant to the assignment considering a high level of photography and videography competence 4. The consulting firm shall work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and PIU maintain close liaison with the Project Engineer and M&E specialist at PIU/EMA Region: Addis Ababa
