- Tenders are invited for Hire a Qualified and Experienced Consultant/Firm to Deliver Training Coaching/Advisory Services Required Qualifications and Experience: Have a minimum of a first degree in financial management, Operations, Marketing and sales and related fields. Have a relevant field of specialization preferably in finance and operations, with a good and proven record of similar work. Must have good knowledge of financial and grant management policies and procedures of business sectors in Ethiopia Expertise in supporting SMEs and startup firms in financial & operational management system development. Experience in supporting social enterprises is advantageous, track record of successful completion of past assignments Have renewed trade, professional licenses, and TIN Certificate
