Tenders are invited for Hiring Consultancy to Develop Integrated Biometric Time Attendance & Payroll System Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: Not less than 1% Scope of the Assignment The purpose of recruiting this service is to develop an integrated biometric time attendance and payroll management system. The consultant shall specifically engage in Provision of Biometric Device System Integration Analysis and Design Implementation and Testing Deployment Training Data migration Professional Criteria The member is likely consisting of a total four key personnel members as follows: Team leader/Task Manager (a proven leader chosen from the 5-team member below and specialist in any of the main discipline Le. project Manager (BSc or MSc in Computer Science/TT, project management or related Software Architect (BSc Computer Science IT or related RDBMS Specialist (BSc in Computer Science/IT, System Analyst (BSc Computer Science/IT and Application Developer (frontend and backend) BSc in Computer Science Information Technology. Bid shall be valid for 15 days starting from the day published on The Ethiopian Herald News Paper, bids must be accompanied by bid security (conditional bank guarantee) or CPO not less than 1% for total price, they shall be delivered to the bureau on or before 15th day of published date at 09:00 AM morning and late bids will be rejected. A complete set of bidding document in English will be purchased from Jigjiga Somali Regional state Bureau of Finance, particularly, finance, logistic planning and M&E Directorate Block 3 room 26, up on payment of a non-refundable fee birr 500.
