Tenders are invited for Hosanna Town Upgrading of Asphalt Concrete Road Project Hadiya Zone Hosanna Intra Town Asphalt Road Expansion Project Office has Budgeted for the Hosanna Town Upgrading of Asphalt Concrete Road Project and Intends to Apply a Portion of this Budget to Payments under These Projects in Hosanna Town Bid closing date: 46th date of this announcement ' on 10:30 am (morning) Bid opening date: 46th date of this announcement at 2:30 pm (afternoon) local time Region: SNNPR Bid document price: Birr 1000 Bid bond: ETB 500,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and an on refundable fee of ETB 1,000 for each of document starting from the first appearance of this advertisement on the Ethiopian Herald for 45 calendar days. The method of payment shall be in cash or direct deposit to Hadiya Zone Hosanna Intra Town Asphalt Road Expansion project office account in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia -through Account No1000384553145. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelop labeled as "Qualification Information and Bid Security" and the second envelope "Financial Bid", separate sealed and the two envelopes sealed in on another -outer envelope. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification Information first and Financial Bids of qualified Bidders next. The final submission date and opening the technical proposal will be on 46th date of this announcement ' on 10:30 am (morning) and 2:30 pm (afternoon) local time respectively. If the 46th day is not a working date, it will be held on the next working day. Bids must be delivered to the address, time and date specified below. Did must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (five hundred thousands) for the project in a format acceptable to the employer. Securities issued by foreign banks or financial institutions shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian bank. Late bids will be rejected. One Original and two Copies of the bids have to be submitted. The Qualification information and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below.
