- Tenders are invited for House Keeping Service Bid closing date: Apr 29, 2022 4:30 PM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 100 Bid bond: Birr 10,000.00 The Number of Headcount Required is qualified 9 manpower every day for eight hours during the night (23:00 pm to -7:00 am). Every Day Deep Cleaning Service of the Hotel Public Area, Apartment Area including Bridge, Back of the House Area like Team Changing rooms, corridors.... The Company has to fully cover any manpower associated issues and immediately replace in case of sick leave, absence, day offs... A clear Outsourcing agreement to be made with the winner with clearly set obligations and rights. The bidder shall buy the bid document from Addis Ababa Hilton Purchasing office non-returnable of birr 100.00 birr from Monday April 18 till on April Friday 22,2022 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The bidder shall submit a CPO returnable amount of ten thousand (10,000) at the time of submitting the bid document with their technical & financial proposal. The Winner shall present a 10% performance bond from the amount sated in the winner list, & then the contract is agreeable to provide a one-year contract such services to the client on terms & conditions set out on the contract agreement list.
