- Expression of Interest are invited for Impact Evaluation of Phone Based Financial Services on Financial Knowledge and Behavior Assignment Description:- Women entrepreneurs operate a large and growing number of micro and small enterprises in developing countries. While such enterprises provide important livelihood opportunities for many, they face significant challenges and their performance is often unsatisfactory. With the objective of exploring how to improve such firms business practice and performance, the World Banks Africa Region Gender Innovation Lab (WB research team, henceforth) is conducting an impact evaluation of phone based financial heuristics/rules of thumb training to women entrepreneurs in urban areas.
