Publication Date: 29-Nov-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 08-Dec-2022 Assignment Description: Africa Gender Innovation Lab is evaluating the impact of a stress reduction intervention targeting women entrepreneurs in Ethiopia. This intervention is a component of the portfolio of pilot interventions that form the Innovative Financing for Women Entrepreneurs (IFWE) project. Specifically, the intervention involves rolling out an adaptation of a Self-Help program called Doing What Matters in Time of Stress to women entrepreneurs. The WB research team is seeking to contract a survey firm that will carry out a phone-based screening, a face-to-face baseline survey; a phone-based first follow-up survey, a face-to-face end-line survey, and a brief orientation to participants about the intervention. The screening module will consist of 10-15 questions followed by in-depth baseline and end-line surveys that are expected to take approximately 60 minutes. The first follow-up survey will be phone based and is expected to take 20 minutes.
