- Tenders are invited for Improve the Employment and Employability of Youth and Women in the Agro-Industry in Selected Five Regions of Ethiopia (Amhara, Oromia, Sidama, Snnp, and Tigray) The Consultancy firm will be expected to: Assess knowledge sharing with consolidated realities where public private linkages are already set up in the agro-industry, through field visits among higher officials at different levels. Conduct Research on establishing sustainable coordination and linkage mechanism amongst TVET institutions, research institutions, and the surrounding agro-industries. Establish Territorial Framework Agreements to enhance the linkage and partnership mechanism studied and analyzed in the research. Work Package 2 Preparation and revision of Occupational Standards, curricula, and development of Training and Teaching Learning Materials (TTLM) on the area agro processing Enhance the technical and soft skills of academic & managerial staffs in the targeted TVET institutions in order to have an appropriate standard of teaching quality Enhance the cooperative training. Assess and identify the required good and minor civil works at the targeted eight TVET Colleges and assist in the preparation of the technical specifications of the goods to be procured, related drawings, and bill of quantities. Conduct technical evaluation of the bid proposal, follow-up, inspection, and approval of the handover of procured goods and works.
